    Default My laptop webcam's image turns upside down, could full system recovery disk

    solve the problem? I think, maybe, one of the program files of the webcam was accidentally deleted that caused the upside down image. I don't know how to fix this problem. If, indeed, full system recovery can solve the problem, which could also delete all data & programs, are there any other options?

    Just uninstall and then reinstall your webcam, its drivers, etc.

    You dont have to perform system recovery. I recommend you to try initially with System Restore.
    If that does not fix the issue, reinstall webcam drivers to fix the problem.

    Oh my mouse is logitech and I think it installed an add-on for smooth scrolling. Do you think that is the one causing these flickering?
